Return
We always try our hardest when it is about supplying the best goods, especially according to the expectations online. Though very rarely, a product may not deliver in the most expected manner. In such cases, we are willing to resolve issues related to the purchase as long as it is informed to us maximum within 7 days from the date of purchase; so we can provide you a refund. In this scenario, the carrying cost must be paid by the consumer. For the return to take place, the following criterion(s) need to be acknowledged :- It would only be qualified as a return product if the product is incorrect / mismatch of size or color / has major defects / damaged during the shipment.
- The consumer must send a picture of the problem and describe it.
- The consumer must send / bring the original receipt of the purchase.
- All original price tags & labels must be attached.
Exchange
When a product is purchased, it may not be upto mark occasionally, e.g – maybe the color is off or the size is not right. We have an exchange policy where a product can be exchanged if we are informed maximum within 7 days from the date of purchase. In this case, there will be no money refund given but instead the product can be exchanged with a similar product or any other product whether the value is same or higher. However, if it is exchanged against a product of higher value; the difference value must be paid, Including additional VAT. For the exchange to take place, the following criterion(s) need to be acknowledged :- The customer must send a picture of the problem and describe it.
- The customer must send / bring the original receipt of the purchase.
- The items that are to be exchanged must be unstained, unwashed and unused.
- All original price tags & labels must be attached.
